How the library is organised
The library follows the AI Priority Map. We started from the TM Forum Business Process Framework (eTOM), the industry process map for connectivity operators, and simplified it into seven operating domains, from Lead to Order through to Plan to Build. We did that while building a wireless operator from scratch, where the full framework was too heavy to run day to day. Idea to Offer sits alongside them as the business model domain, covering which products and offers an operator takes to market.
Each of the 59 opportunities is filed under the domain where the work happens, with a trigger, a heat rating, named operator examples, the evidence behind them, and the constraints and data it depends on.
